Procedure
The client must be both the cash funds/asset holder and the account signatory on the bank account. Clients are required to submit the following application documents to the coordinator
Complete a 2 page Client Information Summary (CIS) form (provided on request).
Copy of Proof of Funds (Account Statement, or Tear Sheet or Bank Confirmation Letter proof of funds.)
Copy of Client's Passport
Funds must be from legitimate ethical business activities, investments, gift, or funds acquired by legal inheritance.
What is required of the client?
The client is required to submit the 3 required items above which will be reviewed to insure it is acceptable to the Private Platform Program.
If the information is determined acceptable the client reviews and signs applicable agreements. As a point of interest, 95% of the applications are accepted.
Client will speak to Private Placement Platform Director in London who will explain program in detail and answer any questions.
Client will visit London as a VIP Guest to meet with Private Placement Program Director.
After client is satisfied, the client personally open their own bank account at Top 10 World Bank that is in Private Placement Platform Program. This bank account can only be accessed by the client; it is closed to anyone else including Private Placement Platform Program.
Client transfers $100 Million minimum to their bank account. Bank account is 100% secure and under client control at all times.
This bank account must be located in Europe at "Top 10 World Bank" participating with the PPP as the Private Placement Program only takes place in Europe and Asia. This is a requirement of applicable banking regulations. The client is free to discontinue program at any time. However few do prior to the 10 months (14 months for $1B+) since the maximum benefit is obtained during the full duration of the program.
How long will it take to enter the program?
Assuming that the client is timely, the above process takes approximately 1 week.
Can client conduct due diligence on the Private Placement Program?
It is expected that the client will want to be fully satisfied and will want full disclosure.
The Private Placement Platform requires the client to first prove their financial capability and personal stability. The pre-qualified investor will then be presented the confidential information about the Private Placement Program with full disclosures.
Of course during this entire process the client stays in complete control of their capital. The client is never under any obligation to proceed with the Private Placement Platform Program. The client will always be free to pursue the transaction or to decline the Private Placement Platform opportunity. After the client is in the program the client continues to stay in complete control of their capital.
